Retail store managers are the individuals in charge of the entire store and the employees that work within it.
Throughout their day, they will plan and promote and motivate the daily schedule of employees, interview and hire employees, coordinate scheduling of employees and sometimes disciplining the employees. They are also responsible for making sure the store is properly stocked of its merchandise and that the store is clean, neat and orderly with everything in the store working properly. They will also create and coordinate budgets to report to senior store management.

This position would be a full-time, 40 hour work week position. But, generally this position would include shift work.
